Alpha Evolution wasn’t always a gym full of equipment — it was built from scratch in 2015 by one guy with a vision and a whole lot of determination.
Josh didn’t start with a safety net of cash. He borrowed equipment from friends, painted the walls himself, and turned a bare space into a place where people can get better.
Since day one, Alpha has stood for work. For showing up when nobody’s watching. For building strength the hard way. Nearly a decade later, the mission still holds:
